CULTURAL Fest

Cultural activities which contribute to enhance the historical or social development, appreciation of members of the public. It is training and refinement of the intellect, interest, tastes and skills of a person. The importance of social and cultural activities is preparing students for real life and strengthening their personal skills. Cultural activities help students to develop themselves in a desired field and also improve skills such as organisational, presentation, leadership and interpersonal communication.

Youth festivals

 As cultural activities are of paramount importance, the College of Agriculture, Raichur encourages its students to participate in all the extra-curricular activities. Encouraging the students to participate in cultural activities is the most effective way to inculcate personality related skills. These include activities like Group Dance, Fine Arts, Theater Events, Literary events, Singing etc.Culture can be defined as the arts as well as the intangible shared beliefs, values, and practices of a community. The cultural activities have health benefits like lowering depression, anxiety, etc. They will bring positive effects to people who have associated with dancing, acting and singing etc. The Cultural activities will vanish the stage fear; Self confidence will be increased and it also helps for better academic performance of the students.
