• Responsible for all accounting matters including preparation and presentation of annual financial estimates, annual accounts, and balance sheets.

• Responsible for collection of income and fees, disburse payments, financial transactions of the college and proper accounting thereof, and all incidental matters including correspondence relating thereto.

• Receive all grants from funding agencies and maintain accounts.

• Prepare annual accounts of college and submit them for approval of the Audit.

• Monitoring of Revolving fund

• Maintain accounts for schemes sponsored by government Agencies.
